Insurance and Billing

American Behavioral Clinics is a state-certified provider of outpatient mental health and substance abuse services. As such, we accept most insurance providers and participate in many EAP’s (employee assistance programs). For your convenience, we will verify your insurance benefits and provide you with an estimate of costs prior to services. Payments are due the day of your visit.

No Mental Health Benefits or Insurance? We Offer Self-Pay Pricing for Behavioral Health Services.

Psychiatric Visit with MD:

• Initial Diagnostic Evaluation (1st visit) $320
• Evaluation Management(10-15 mins)  $120
• Extended Medication Check (30 mins)  $200

Psychiatric Visit with Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber:

• Initial Diagnostic Evaluation (1st visit)  $320
• Evaluation Management (10-15 mins)  $105
• Extended Medication Check (30 mins)  $200

Psychotherapy Visit with PHD:

• Initial Diagnostic Evaluation (1st visit)  $200
• Psychotherapy  $125
• Psychological Testing  $200 per hour

Psychotherapy Visit with LCSW/LPC/AODA:

• Initial Diagnostic Evaluation (1st visit)  $185
• Psychotherapy  $115

Group Therapy:

• Group Session  $60

**The Self-Pay rate represents our rate after a courtesy discount is applied for prompt payment. Self-Pay patients are expected to pay for services at the time of service.**

Pay as a Guest: No registration is required! All you need to pay your bill is the Bill Pay Code and the Amount Due printed on your statement.

Payment Plans: Easy way to pay balances off. If your account is more than $50, you may schedule automatic EFT payments in monthly installments.  Payment plans are interest-free for up to 6-months and can be set up online when you click “Pay My Bill”.
