Andie strives to help people struggling with mental health concerns by providing individuals with a safe and therapeutic space to explore their emotions and be vulnerable. She values building collaborative relationships with clients and utilizes a holistic approach. Combining elements of CBT, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, Andie helps clients work towards their goals, process their emotions, and gain insight into their thoughts and behaviors. As someone that is part of the LGBTQ+ community, Andie is passionate about working with LGBTQ+ clients as she has a deeper understanding of the struggles and barriers that individuals in the community often face. In addition, Andie has experience working with various forms of trauma and incorporating trauma therapy techniques in her practice.
EDUCATION:
Andie received her Master’s degree in Social Work with a Trauma-Informed Care certificate from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. She also holds an undergraduate degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee.
