Since beginning her counseling career, Payal has gained valuable experience in various settings, allowing her to develop a well-rounded approach to therapy.
Grounded in behavioral therapy modalities, Payal primarily focuses on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT). She also integrates elements from:

Payal received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Cardinal Stritch University. She also holds a Master’s of Higher Education in Student Affairs from Cardinal Stritch University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ripon College
