Tatum is a hardworking, dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor – In Training (LPC-IT) with 4+ years of experience in counseling and teaching roles. She is skilled at developing and implementing treatment plans, conducting assessments, advocating for IEP/504 plans, and providing individualized therapy sessions.

She is skilled at working with children with autism and other special needs, with a strong focus on communication, social skills, and behavior management.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS:  
Tatum has a Master’s degree in Behavioral Health Psychology from Carroll University and a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Northern Arizona University. She has passed her NCO and received an LPC-IT in May 2025.
