What exactly is CBD? – CBD is short for cannabidiol, which is extracted from the flowers and buds hemp plants. It does not produce intoxication, high, or other psychoactive effects.

- Depression
- Pain
- Helps reduce stress
- Insomnia

Is it safe? – Yes! Your body has an endocannabinoid system which is the master regulator of all other systems. By balancing the endocannbinoid system, many improvements can be seen throughout the body.
Is CBD the same as marijuana? – NO! CBD has zero THC, the active component within marijuana that leads to the high feeling. CBD is considered a dietary supplement and legal for use.
How do I know how much to take? – Jennifer Hruz, nurse practitioner (NP) of Viva Wellness can help make recommendations depending on what health improvements you wish to make. CBD serving size must be individualized. This means that you may need more or less of the serving size to get the desired effects. If in doubt, schedule a consultation with our NP.
Is all CBD the same? – Absolutely not! The brand offered within our clinics is pure, organically grown, and of the highest quality of ingredients and production on the market. Additionally, to offer the brand, one must have a healthcare license to make recommendations, something that you will not find at most local retailers.
Do you offer only the oil? –Nope! We offer everything from topical balms, to the oils, to capsules.
Your products must be more expensive than the average retailer? -Not at all. Our goal is to offer our clients options that are affordable at a variety of price points. A 30-day supply of CBD oil can be offered as low as $30 and up. It all depends on your preference for CBD, delivery method, and your goals for health improvements.
